URL Pharma regularly evaluates new business development opportunities, including in-licensing, out-licensing, product acquisitions, and strategic alliances in order to strengthen the Company’s portfolio and grow our business. Our primary focus has been out-licensing our technologies, for new product development and life cycle management, but we have also successfully in-licensed multiple products and technologies over the years. We have the cash, technological, legal, and regulatory capabilities, and the ability to move quickly if an opportunity is of interest to us.

As of early 2008, our licensing deals produced cumulative revenues exceeding $800MM.
