The remedy is intended for use in men over 18 years of age who have difficulty with getting and maintaining an erection.
How long does it last?
Cialis lasts for 36 hours – is an absolute record among the similar ED pills! For one and a half days, you can have sex at any time convenient for you, and a woman does not need to be ready at the right time. Despite the fact that this medication is rather young, it is a worthy competitor for similar potency drugs.
How does it work?
Tadalafil is a PDE-5 type inhibitor, the effect of which becomes noticeable only when a man is excited. This component helps to relax the vessels of the penis and normalize the blood supply in the genital area. The agent ensures a stable erection, sufficient for sexual intercourse.
The drug begins to act within 30 minutes (sexual arousal is required) and lasts up to 36 hours. In addition, the recovery periods between ejaculations are significantly reduced, which allows to increase the number of sexual acts.
Dosage
Standard Cialis dosages are 10 mg and 20 mg. My Canadian Pharmacy offers more dosage forms – 40 mg, 60 mg, and 80 mg.
The daily dosage of this medication should not exceed 20 mg. Depending on the age and individual characteristics of the man, the dosage may be changed.
- If a man has an active sex life (more than twice a week), then the recommended dose for daily use should not exceed 5 mg. The tablet should be taken at about the same time;
- If a man has side effects, the dose can be reduced to 2.5 mg;
- If a man has sex not often, then the recommended dose is 20 mg per day.
Side effects
An overdose of Cialis can cause side effects. In most cases, they are mild and quickly disappear. The most common side effects are headache, backache, flushing, nasal congestion, myalgia, dizziness, eye pain, eyelid edema. If these side effects persist or other more serious side effects occur, you should stop using the pills and consult a doctor.
Cialis for daily use

Therefore, even in the absence of a negative effect when mixing this drug with alcohol, you’d better avoid such a “cocktail”.
Reviews of doctors allow the use of small doses of alcohol with Cialis: 100 ml of strong alcohol, 200 ml of wine or 500 ml of beer. Such doses of alcohol will not lead to adverse consequences.
But if these portions are repeatedly exceeded, then there are no guarantees that the man will be able to amaze his partner with unprecedented sexual abilities.
